Free Estimate: If you're not sure if home staging is for you why not start with a free visit and discussion of your needs and budget. If you feel we're a good fit we can immediately get started or make arrangements to return.
Home Consultation and Report ($200)*: Typically one - two hours in duration, we will walk through your home and make note of changes that can be made according to the budget you've set. Further changes will be noted for you to consider to make the most dramatic improvement at a reasonable cost. A written report emailed or left with you will help you keep track of the changes to do the work yourself, or...
In-Home Setup and Staging ($300/half day plus)*: Varying from a half day to a week or more, after the consultation Artisan Home Staging will proceed to make the required changes to your home, including changing furniture arrangements, de-cluttering, arranging for rental furniture and staging the home for viewings. Accessories, pictures, pillows, etc. can be rented or purchased for showings. Color consultation, painting and other projects or purchases can also be included depending on your project requirements. While we love working with photographers we also include complimentary photos after the staging day that can be freely used by yourself or your Realtor.
Redesign Services : Don't hesitate to contact us AFTER you move either. Sometimes the furniture and accessories you bring to a new home don't fit in as well as you hoped. If you need help with furntiure arrangement, decorating advice or paint colors we'd love to help! Pricing is the same as listed above.
Painting, Fixing, Landscaping etc.: We do MORE - if you have small maintance or repairs to do, painting, gardening, carpet cleaning or other tasks you don't have time to address, we can arrange for these jobs to be done - on time and at a fair price. While you focus on more important things, we'll take care of getting your WHOLE HOME ready for market!
